The Journey to Feeling Good
“Create a life that not only looks good on the outside, but feels good on the inside.”
I first read this anonymous quote at a café in Germany in 2018 and it struck a nerve.
I had spent my adult life focused on looking good on the outside while ignoring how I felt inside.
When I finally stopped to pay attention, I realized my life looked good but I felt bad.
I worked jobs that drained me — to buy expensive things that didn’t nourish me. I ate too much sugar, struggled with alcohol, smoked cigarettes, dated men who didn’t commit to me, complained a lot, and spent endless time on social media comparing my life to other people’s.
I decided to give feeling good a try.
Everything is Energy
This realization led me on a healing journey — one that included studying with some of the world’s leading teachers in wellness and personal development.

All of it affects our energy or our personal frequency.
When we focus on what uplifts and energizes us, we elevate our energetic frequency — naturally leading to greater well-being.
