Is this really free?

Yes, completely. There's no hidden pitch or commitment required. It's a genuine conversation — I want to understand your situation before recommending anything.

How do I know which service is right for me?

That's exactly what the call is for. Most people don't know where to start — that's normal and totally fine. We'll figure it out together based on what you share.

Do sessions happen online or in person?

Most coaching sessions take place online via video call, so we can work together wherever you are. QHHT™ Deep Reset Sessions are conducted in person — location details shared on booking.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?

The call is a good place to explore that too. You don't need to be certain or committed to get on a call. If anything, uncertainty is a good reason to talk rather than a reason to wait.

How long does the full program take?

It depends on what you're working on. The Digital Reset is four weeks. The Life Reset Method™ is typically three to six months of deeper work. We'll map out a realistic timeline on the call.

I'm already in therapy. Can I still work with you?

Absolutely. Coaching and therapy serve different purposes and work well alongside each other. I'm not a therapist, but what I do is complementary — many clients find the two reinforce each other.
