What does it mean to
raise your vibration?

I know — this can sound very LA, very new age. But strip away the language and there's something genuinely useful here. Your energy state shapes how you think, feel, and show up every day. And it's influenced by very practical things: what you consume, how you move, how you rest, what you expose yourself to. This is a useful framework, not a belief system.

Sound and vibration aren't just pleasant — they're among the most accessible and effective tools we have for shifting nervous system state. The right sound can interrupt a stress response, support deeper sleep, or help the body settle after overstimulation.

You don't need to believe anything about frequencies for this to work. The effect is physiological. Start with what feels good and see what happens.
